Set your availability and licensed states
Tell us which states you hold active, unrestricted licenses in and when you want to work. You control your schedule entirely — open it when it suits you, close it when it doesn't.
Patient requests appear in your queue
Patients submit intake forms for their condition. Async visits appear in your chart queue for review. Scheduled video visits appear on your calendar when you've accepted a booking slot.
Review, assess, and decide clinically
You have the complete intake, symptom history, and relevant patient context. You make the clinical call — prescribe when appropriate, decline or redirect when it's not. Your judgment is final.
E-prescribe directly to the patient's pharmacy
Approved prescriptions go electronically to the patient's chosen local pharmacy. The platform handles routing. You don't touch a fax machine.
Get paid per completed chart
Pay is calculated per completed encounter — clearly shown before you claim the chart. No mystery deductions, no clawbacks for charts you decline. Payouts are processed weekly.

We support two visit modalities. You can opt in to one or both based on your preference and clinical comfort.
Store-and-forward chart review
Patient completes a structured intake with symptom history, photos where relevant, and medication history. You review at your own pace and respond within the platform's SLA window. Ideal for common, well-defined conditions where in-person presence adds no clinical value.
Live telehealth visit
HIPAA-compliant video for cases that benefit from real-time interaction — follow-ups, medication management conversations, or conditions where async isn't clinically appropriate. You set the slots; patients book into them.
Transparent pay
Per-chart. Stated upfront. Paid weekly.
Before you claim a chart, you see exactly what it pays. No surprises, no retroactive adjustments, no volume bonuses that pressure your clinical decisions.

Multi-state license management
Register all your active state licenses in your profile. The platform automatically routes only the patients whose state matches your active, unrestricted licenses.
Malpractice and credentialing support
We verify credentials at onboarding and annually. Guidance on malpractice coverage requirements is provided. You are responsible for maintaining active, unrestricted licensure in each state you work in.
